The Project Manager oversees planning, coordination, and execution of web design and development activities supporting NSF digital platforms. This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with federal standards and organizational priorities. The Project Manager acts as a central point of contact between NSF stakeholders, OLPA leadership, and the Web Team.

This role ensures projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with federal standards and organizational priorities. The Project Manager acts as a central point of contact between NSF stakeholders, OLPA leadership, and the Web Team.
Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and track web-related projects from initiation through completion.
- Coordinate resources across designers, developers, UX professionals, and publishers.
- Manage task assignments, timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Monitor incoming web requests and priorities using ServiceNow and Microsoft Lists.
- Ensure project activities align with NSF policies, accessibility requirements, and web governance standards.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements, clarify expectations, and report project status.
- Identify project risks and issues and recommend mitigation strategies.
- Support continuous improvement of project workflows and service delivery processes.
- Assist OLPA staff with reporting, documentation, and special initiatives as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, information systems, communications, or a related field.
- Five (5) or more years of experience managing web, digital, or IT-related projects.
- Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Drupal CMS, ServiceNow, or similar enterprise platforms preferred.
- Knowledge of federal web standards, including accessibility and content governance.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience supporting federal agencies or large, complex organizations preferred.
