Grants Reviewer
Scope of Work:
The Grants Reviewer will support the grants application processing by reviewing, verifying, and managing applications. This role focuses on ensuring that all applications meet program eligibility and documentation requirements, maintaining compliance, accuracy, and fairness.
Position Responsibilities:
Review fellowship applications to confirm completeness, accuracy, and adherence to clients grants processing and eligibility guidelines.
This is a Remote (work from home) position.
Conduct thorough document checks to ensure required attachments and eligibility confirmations are included.
Identify discrepancies, missing data, or ineligible submissions and follow up with applicants or internal teams to resolve issues.
Maintain detailed records and logs for each application, ensuring compliance tracking is accurate and up to date.
Collaborate with team members to maintain consistent review standards and improve operational workflows.
Assist in generating summary reports or status updates for leadership and stakeholders.
Complete other assignments as required.
Qualifications:
Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred in a relevant field (e.g., business, public administration, or education).
Prior experience in application processing, compliance checking, administrative review, or academic operations.
Exceptional attention to detail and ability to follow structured processes.
Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage high volumes of work.
